Qualifiers: The final standings of each regatta will be calculated using the Low-Point Scoring System-Appendix A of the racing rules. There will be NO throw-outs.

In the event that a regatta is cancelled completely (and not postponed or rescheduled), a sailor who was registered and checked in at that regatta will still be allowed to compete at the Championship regatta in their given class as long as they have received a finishing score in 1 other Qualifier regatta.

Championship Regatta: The Low-Point Scoring System-Appendix A of the racing rules will be used to calculate the final standings.  There will be NO throw-outs. PGJSA Championship scoring policies will apply for all classes. This event is not a Qualifier.

Champions: The results of the Championship Regatta will be used to calculate the final Championship standings. All drops will be calculated prior to the Championship Regatta. Final rankings will be calculated using Low-Point Scoring and will be based on carrying forward the best 1 Qualifier finish and adding that to the competitor's finish at the Championship regatta.  The results of the Championship Regatta will be used to break any ties.

Results of the Championship Regatta will be announced at the end of the racing and upon conclusion of any protests. Subsequent to the announcement of the Championship Regatta results, the top 3 sailors in each fleet in the Championship will be recognized and presented with the PGJSA Championship trophies. The PGJSA may also award the Frederick T. Markham Sportsmanship Trophy.
